AnyFoam will happily replace any incorrectly supplied product.

About memory foam products, unless incorrectly supplied, we are compelled by law to sell NEW PRODUCTS ONLY. Therefore we are unable to accept any returns of memory foam.

AnyFoam will of course provide all customers only with new, unused products.

Fragrance: New foam has a very particular fragrance, and just as is the case with a new car, this fragrance will fade over time.Our foam does not contain petrochemicals or formaldehyde or other chemicals that are are toxic. Therefore, it is completely safe and has no bearing on health.

Anyfoam Ltd strives to cut as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of foam please bare in mind there can be tolerances of + or - 5mm to 10mm. This tolerance is intrinsic to cutting foam and applies to all foams.

AnyFoam complies with the EU Distance Selling Directive which, as part of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, is now an established part of UK law. The distance selling directive does not apply for made to order products (e.g. foam cut to size) and business purchases.
Therefore unless in error, we will only accept returns for non made to order private purchases.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.

In any case postage charges are not refundable, there is no profit in our low postage charges, on many occasions we actually pay more to the courier.

Does AnyFoam collect personal details?

When you order products, our registration process asks you to provide us with a limited amount of personal information. This information is necessary to process your order. Additionally, our web server automatically collects click-stream information such as the address (or "URL") of the web site that you came from before visiting our site, which pages you visit on our site, which browser you used to view our site and any search terms you have entered on our site.
We do not store any credit card details electronically or otherwise.

What does AnyFoam do with my information?

You may choose to supply personalized information that will enable you to receive individualised customer service that we cannot offer anonymous users. That customer service may include notices about updates to our web site, e-mail reminders, and communicating with AnyFoam. We will not intentionally release your particular information other than to:

    Do you email your customers often, or sell their email address?

    AnyFoam is committed to securing your personal information. We never process, store or even see your credit card details. All payments are processed via Paypal / Moneybookers / Google Checkout. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your passwords and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
